One page per clause
The guidance in our words, the evidence a reviewer asks for, the common gaps and what to do before the second edition lands.
Open the registerThe plan below is the order the guidance expects. It is a default, not a promise: a small organization can compress it and a large one will extend it. The dates are relative to your start, and the planning date of 15 February 2027 is an estimate for the edition, not a deadline for you.

Print this page for the project wall. The paid kit carries the same plan with an editable date, an owner column and a status column per line.
The citation audit comes first because a transition you cannot see is one you cannot plan. The principles and the mandate come next because the attributes need a forum that can decide. The purpose and context follow because they tell the organization what it is protecting and what is changing. The resources and disciplines come before the baseline because the baseline is only useful if it is measuring a real programme. The evaluation comes last because it tests the design, and the monitoring comes after the baseline because it needs something to compare against.
