Answer

What evidence does a resilience review ask for?

The evidence follows the nine attributes: a purpose used in decisions, a context register with owners, defined roles and authority, observed culture behaviours, tested critical knowledge, a core service resource map, discipline handoffs, an improvement loop and an evaluation profile. Each clause page lists the specific artefacts.

Start with purpose and context

The purpose shows whether the resilience work has a direction. The context register shows whether the organization knows what is changing. A reviewer will ask for a decision that used each, not a document that states each.

Then leadership, culture and knowledge

The role and authority map, including deputies, shows whether decisions can move when the usual holder is unavailable. The culture evidence is behavioural: what happened after a concern was raised. The knowledge evidence is whether a new person could make a routine decision from the record.

Then resources and disciplines

The core service resource map, the single point decisions and the acceptable service levels show whether the organization has chosen what to protect. The discipline map and the seam protocols show whether the functions act as a system.

Then improvement and evaluation

The improvement loop needs criteria, a review rhythm and a change log. The evaluation needs a baseline, monitoring and a periodic review with decisions. A reviewer will ask what changed because of the measurement.

Questions

How many evidence items are there?

The register lists 174 evidence lines across 41 clause and discipline pages. The kit consolidates them into one working file so a team can assign an owner to each.

Do I need all of it for a small organization?

The guidance applies to any size, and the depth can be proportionate. A small organization can still show a purpose, a context view, a resource decision and an evaluation. It can use a lighter method, not a missing one.

Can I use the kit as the evidence?

No. The kit is the register and the plan. The evidence is your record: your purpose, your context, your resource decisions, your evaluation. The kit tells you what to produce and gives you the columns to track it.
