Build the attribute evidence now, because it survives the change. Write a transition note with an owner and a review date, and watch the ISO record.

The transition risk is a citation that names an edition the organization cannot support. Search contracts, policies, tenders and customer questionnaires for ISO 22316. Record which edition each names and who owns the document. An unversioned citation is a risk once the second edition is published.
Do not replace a 2017 citation with a draft. The 2017 edition remains the published standard until the second edition is published. If a customer asks for the new edition, say that it is at stage 50.00 and offer the 2017 edition plus the transition note.
The purpose, context, role, culture, knowledge, resource, discipline and evaluation evidence is the place to start. The 2017 attributes are the starting point, not a claim about the FDIS. A team that waits for the second edition delays the record without reducing the work.
One page: the citations found, the edition each names, the owner, the review date and the trigger for updating. Name the publication of the second edition as the trigger. Keep the note with the resilience record and send it to the people who own the contracts and policies.
Update the citation only when the second edition is published, unless the policy already cites a draft. Use the waiting time to build the evidence, not to rewrite the clause references.
Answer with the 2017 edition, the FDIS stage and a transition note. A tender that requires an unpublished standard is asking for something the organization cannot yet be assessed against.
The citation audit is days. The evidence work is weeks to months, depending on the organization. The planning date of 15 February 2027 is an estimate, not a deadline.
